Middle school students at Bartlett Educational Center were diving deep into their study of the human body during the last weeks of school, with a special focus on the heart. To wrap up their anatomy unit, students had the opportunity to dissect a pig heart – an incredible hands-on experience that highlights its similarity to the human heart.
“Learning truly comes to life when students can explore, observe, and connect concepts in real ways,” said Dr. Jennifer Michael, Bartlett’s principal.
